Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services at rebrain.gg (the “Services”) operated by Odd Solutions Ltd, a company limited by shares registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “Odd Solutions”). By signing up, registering, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

rebrain.gg is a learning platform that allows you to upload sources (e.g. articles, notes), generate and answer questions, discuss answers with an AI assistant (“ggAI”), and participate in communities. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any change, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may display advertising on the Services. Any ads may be provided by us or by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any advertiser or for any loss or harm arising from advertising. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance that we may serve ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your account and conduct

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not use the Services to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, harass others, or upload malicious code or content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and modify that content as necessary to provide and improve the Services (including to generate questions, evaluate answers, and power ggAI). You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not violate these Terms or any law. We do not claim ownership of your content but we may retain copies for backup, legal, or operational purposes after you delete it.

5. Our content and intellectual property

Except for user content, the Services (including design, text, software, and branding) are owned by Odd Solutions Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission. “rebrain.gg” and related names and marks are our property.

6. AI and third-party services

The Services use third-party AI and other technologies (e.g. for question generation, answer evaluation, and ggAI). We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated or third-party content. We are not responsible for any output from AI or from any third-party service. You use such features at your own risk. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Services entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We have no liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Services except as expressly set out in the cap and carve-outs below.
• Odd Solutions Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services (including any advertising or third-party ads), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• We are not liable for any user-generated content, for the actions of users or third parties, for any damage or loss arising from third-party services (including AI providers and advertisers), or for any advertising content or ad-related tracking or practices.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Odd Solutions Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Services, (b) your content, or (c) your breach of these Terms or any law.

10. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Odd Solutions Ltd regarding the Services. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our written consent.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last revised” date. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
